Resurrection identification

Customer-level resurrection cohort. Practice self-joining subscription history at the customer grain to find termination → recreation pairs, computing time-to-resurrection, and producing the cohort the lifecycle team uses for win-back campaigns. Distinguishes from M20: M20 was the misclassification cleanup (60-day window); M22 is the full resurrection cohort across all gap lengths.
